Growth & Partnerships Intern
Support go-to-market experiments, outreach, and customer research for Upsilon products.
Role overview
You’ll help with outbound research, campaign execution, landing pages, and early customer calls. This is a mix of marketing, sales, and product sense — ideal if you want to see how AI products reach real users.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain structured outreach lists and notes
- Support messaging experiments and track what performs
- Coordinate lightweight customer discovery calls and summaries
- Help improve the clarity of GTM assets (pages, decks, emails)
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication
- Comfort with tracking and iteration (what worked, what didn’t, why)
- High ownership and willingness to learn quickly
Nice to have
- Basic CRM familiarity
- Landing page / copy instincts
- Comfort talking to people
Internship compensation
Internships can be paid or unpaid depending on scope, location, and legal constraints. In the UK, unpaid arrangements are typically only feasible in limited situations (for example: genuine volunteering with charities/non-profits, short work-shadowing/observation, or certain structured course-related placements). If the role involves productive work that benefits the company and looks like a “worker” role, it generally must be paid at least the National Minimum Wage. We will always structure internships compliantly.
Note: This is general information and not legal advice. Final structure depends on the role and jurisdiction.
Company culture
Upsilon is product-led. We build and operate our own software products. We move fast, but we care deeply about clarity, reliability, and outcomes.
- We like simple, repeatable systems
- We focus on signal over noise
- We value honesty in metrics and learning loops
How we work
- Short feedback loops, clear ownership, and high trust
- Documentation that’s minimal, but actually useful
- Execution quality matters — reliability is a feature
